1. Who attended? Any new offers? Potential commits? Thanks a lot
  2. The big camp will be in July but we are having a great turnout so far.

Most of the in-state commits are there.

OT Edinburgh is working out. He received an offer last week.

Devante Bourque came on Monday and still here today. Very weird recruitment given he basically called out Miles and said he wasn't a tiger fan in a video interview 2 days ago. Now he is singing a different tune based on what he is saying to some at the camp.

No offers handed out yet but if any come it will be today and tomorrow. I think Kavahra Holmes showed he is worthy of an offer based on reports. He is a track athlete and plays WR. Also Bourque's cousin...

A bunch of 2013 and 2014 prospects working out. WR Ricky Jefferson is a shoe in for an early offer. Jordan's little brother is tearing it up. Landon Collins little brother, Jamil, is also looking good. Landon went to the Bama camp this weekend.

    Other 2011 prospects of note:

DE Julien Obioha -- Brother Martin
DE Alonzo Williams -- Abbeville (A&M commit)
    WR Alonzo Moore -- Winnfield
DE James McFarland -- West Monroe (TCU commit)
WR Dwayne Benjamin -- Northside (Between him and Holmes for last WR spot IMO)
DB/LB Lloyd Grogan -- Morgan City
    S Cyril Noland -- Ruston
    LB Otha Peters -- Covington
  3. Thanks Bhelm. You were right about Kavahra Holmes . He just got an offer and commited.

Can you shed some light on our DT recuruiting..Getting little bit worried on that front.
  4. 2013 Offers at Camp:

    WR Ricky Jefferson -- Destrahan

    CB Jeryl Brazil -- Loranger
  5. I know lyod grogan personally, who's recruiting him?

from central catholic, extremely talented nicknamed g
  6. Most likely Wilson since he is the LA guy. Probably mixed in with Cooper and Chavis.

Has a pretty good list of offers so far but I don't see him in our class. Most are offering him as a safety. One is offering as a RB but not sure who that is and we like him at LB.

    A&M
    Southern Miss
    GT
    Pitt
    Memphis
    Baylor
    Other LA schools
  7. Grogan is very talented with the ball in his hand, but he's not a running back. CC tried him there repeatedly last year, and he's just not very decisive in hitting the hole. Speedy and elusive in the open field though. Also pretty small to play LB, even a Chavis LB. If he's an SEC talent, I see him as a safety, and as a return man.
