Anyone Else Simply Feel Like Puking Over This Season?

Folks, I have been in an ill mood for weeks over this season but this past week it came to a head. It got so bad my wife finally jumped my case and said, "you're acting a _______ fool because LSU lost." She was for once fully correct.

This is almost, God forbid, like mourning the loss of a loved one.

What is it that makes us fools for LSU football? I suppose Saban and Les spoiled us the past few years but it's hard to take.

The loss to FL I expected, but not by such a blowout. Same with GA.

Then, I thought we were in the driver's seat with Bama, but was not nearly as disappointed yet until Ole Miss handed our asses to us in a hand bag.

I can't even get in the holiday spirit. I want to puke.

 

It has been a challenging and at times, not so fun year... However, as detailed on another thread, just a speed bump. The Tigers will be back next year with a vengence!

Seasons almost over, then you can relax and before you know it you'll be anxious over the new season starting and seeing this new crop of talent making contributions. Next season will be a better one.

I know how you feel man, but you can't win them all. Let's see how Miles handles the double-headed dragon-breath DC and let's see how the recruiting class turns out. We also have basketball, maybe they'll make some noise.

 

The only thing making me sick this season is the fans.

It was a 3-8 season (1999). I remeber it well. That was the year I had to replace 4 TV's and the gas grill ,,,,,dont ask.......
