who cares. Had we had any version of a QB that game would have been a beat down like VT. Their offense was terrified most of the game. LSU aside from one position was clearly better in every aspect of the game. next......

damn we beat their sorry asses with no offense. Geno Smith lined up under the guard, yeah Tiger stadium is a cakewalk, he must do that often. Devine who is the NCAA's career rushing leader who is currently playing, got a whopping 37 yards. And we gave them over 120 yards in penalties. If we play the game we should play, WVU has no business even being in the same stadium.
West Virginia fans made the same type comments following Auburn's win over them last season in Jordan-Hare. It's fair to say that WVI has not derived the maximum production out of the talent they have on board, ..... and it's also fair to state that in the case of both games (AU in '09 and LSU in '10) the SEC's superior depth played a noticable difference in the outcome.
Actually, their defense didn’t stop LSU’s offense more than LSU’s offense stopped itself via dropped passes and untimely penalties that forced 3rd and Crowton (long). Had we not made those unforced errors, we would have blown them out.
You guys are pretty far away from WV, so you just may not know. I have lived in PA, VA, and Washington DC while in the military. WV is the butt of all jokes up that way. Did the QB drop the passes and make the untimely penalties that forced 3rd and Crowton? And as a QB what would you rather face, a very manageable 3rd and short or a very unmanageable 3rd and Crowton? How would you look after the game if you were the QB and instead of manageable 3rd and shorts you ended up with a bunch of unmanageable 3rd and Crowton’s. I’m betting you would look a lot like JJ looks today and people that don’t know anything about football would be squealing for your head too?
