Because dispite a few slip up's...Those teams are actually good. Like I said in another thread...TCU is 10-1 but they dont deserve to be ranked above ND, AU, or anyone like that.
Because the very mention of Notre Dame to the media makes them fawn all over themselves and wet their britches. they think since Notre Dame almost beat their beloved Trojans, they should be held in highest regard. :dis: yes it's disgusting to say the least.
makes no sense to me either, needless to say one of their losses was to a team not even in the top 25.
You guys lost to UT...They aren't in the top 25 either. ND got screwed in that game with USC. Should have won. They are ok in that spot. I HATE ND too...But their offense is just DAMN good.
I am bothered by the fact LSU has not garnered all 4th place votes. A minimum of 12 voters has decided to place LSU 5th, or maybe some have opted to have us even lower, but basically its about 10-12 voters (out of 65) who have us worst than 4th.
ND is ranked where they are to ensure that they absolutely get into one of the BCS bowls. That's no secret of course. Do they belong where they are ? Who knows, it will all (some ?) come out in the wash during bowl season.
