Are we a better team with or without Tack?

There is no doubt that Taz, GT, and T-Time have all played really well as freshman, and have great chemistry with Glen and D-Mitch. At 16-6 (8-1) LSU is standing pretty strong in conference play. We are not a deep squad at all, but the starting 5 and Darnell are doing extremly well. How much better or worse would we be if Tack was on the team? Would we have the chemistry that we have. If Tack were back do you think he would still have the problem with TO's and being out of control, are do you think he would come back a better guard and more under control?

No, because we do not have any depth without him.

He is too much of a wild card so I think we are better without him. He has his up side and his down side, just his up side does not offset his down side.

without. at the stage of his game as of last year. if he improved either his shot (difficult to do) or decision making (easier?) then this team would be better with because of depth and ability to handle the press.

    Don't know.

Though, I think we would be a better team if Tack were here as a backup, so we could improve our backcourt depth.

I agree with the backup idea. I would stick him at backup, but his play is just too erratic and wild at times to trust him with the starting job IMO.

There will be games to come where we would have been better off having him on the bench.

If we play a game against a high pressure team that Voogd has to play significant minutes in, we'll all be wishing he were available.

However, I wouldn't want him starting over Temple.

    rwo part answer:

we are better off without a tack minor who has missed time with his team and is trying to catch up with the familiarity they have with each other.

but we may be better off with a tack if he had stayed healthy and had just now played in his 10th game this season or whatever it would be.

so if he had returned, he might have made the team worse, until late in the season when he learned how the team works, roles and whatnot.

if he played in a game right now i think it would be a negative. its too late.

This won't be a good answer but...

    I don't know.

With Tack, there is no way of knowing what type of game you will get out of him. I would hope that he's matured and calmed down with more time in Brady's system.

It is hard to argue with how important it would be to have his additional scoring threat available to the team though.
