I don't think so, they are pretty much assured of a playoff spot so they don't need him yet. There's no need to bring him back too soon and lose him for the playoffs
Arenas is a smart guy. I am sure he realizes this, too. Why would he say "I am not playing again this season" the way he did? I understand frustration, but I also understand that just 4 days ago he was saying the most important thing is being healthy for the playoffs. Regardless, it is his last month or two as a Wizard. He is outta there come this offseason.
