If you have a season ticket, you can exchange it in Arizona for a game ticket there. You do not have to go to BR. You must be the person on the ticket and have valid ID. If you plan to go, call our ticket office 1-225-578-2184, and let them know. They are making a list.

If you purchased a ticket from someone else, it will not be honored. Period. I have been told that Arizona State made the rules.

If you do not add your name to the list, and go. You will recieve a refund, per ticket office.

I'm very pissed about this, but because of the tragedy I'm going to bite my lip about my expanded feelings. Horrible day, but not as bad as it could have been...I'll just eat my lost money and be thankful for what I have.

 

so did season ticket holders just get screwed out of two games if they arent willing to travel to arizona? Atleast let me sell my ticket for face value..

Have you spoken with someone there? They should be open right now but I get a message stating they are closed. Also, I would imagine if a season ticket holder has 2 tickets that they can bring a friend right?

I talked to them several times because I kept thinking of more questions. They should be there. As for the 2 ticket question. I don't know. It doesn't sound like it from talking to them.

 

I have the phone number of the person I purchased my tickets from - No answer for several days. They could be dead or alive as far as I know. Sadly, that is the cold harsh truth.

I have tried the above 800 number for Arizona State and can not get through. The one on their website works but it says their offices are closed.

Gotta make this game some how, some way!

 

Clair is looking for people to go right now. Split the cost of gas 5 ways, stay with AZTiger or someone else (I have several tiger fans coming stay with me) and you have a relatively cheap road game. You may still have enough for caviar!

 

Thank God my ticket is in my name. Two years ago all 6 were in my dads name. Per ticket office, it has to be the person who owns the ticket exchanging the ticket. That, my friend, is crap.
