Around the SEC – fun times as the Arkansas/Mustain lawsuit is back in court The AP reports that on Monday, June 25, Eddie Christian Jr., a lawyer for the fellow who sued University of Arkansas officials over some e-mails supposedly involved in the Arkansas/Mustain wrangling last year has filed a revised lawsuit. The original suit was dismissed earlier in June but the judge gave the plaintiff 20 days to file amended pleadings regarding some of the allegations. Christian, from Fort Smith, AR, hopes his amended filing can persuade the judge that the lawsuit can continue regarding some of the allegations. Looks like the summer may be interesting in both Arkansas (this Mustain mess that just will not go away) and Alabama (the Hoover investigation).
