Around the SEC – Ole Miss baseball player kicked off team; 3 State basketball players to leave

    • Oxford – Ole Miss starting first baseman Andrew Clark was left at home during the teams recent 4 game road trip (at USM and LSU) because of an unspecified violation of team rules. Coach Mike Bianco announced Monday, that after thinking it about it over the trip he decided dismissal was best for the team.

    • Starkville – State starters, twins Reginald and Richard Delk and reserve Bernard Rimmer have decided to leave the team and transfer in hopes of getting more playing time on another team.

Knoxville – Tennessee women’s basketball freshman forward Nicci Moats (6ft, 2in, from Daleville, Va.) had left the team and has not announced what she plans to do. Moats had missed most of the season for personal and/or medical reasons depending on reports.
