<<Miller and Guy were both tutored under former Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins coach Jimmy Johnson and his 4-3 scheme. However, Miller was also under the tutelage of current Miami Dolphins coach Nick Saban, which helped him in his development as a coach. “In the past we played man, we played zone, we played blitz man and zone blitz…but Bill just has a lot of defense, a lot of terms. More personnel groups…just to give an example: a man-free coverage. Four-man rush, everybody is covered up, and then one or two extra guys floating on the field doubling on the receivers. Many teams will play that one way, but Bill has many variations on that. He has a lot of different zone pressures, different zone blitzes.”>> http://arizonastate.scout.com/2/420199.html BTW, their slow receiver ran 4.4 :geauxtige:geauxtige:geauxtige
if thats the case im sure we can chunk a couple balls up... someone is bound to get them? right? jeez
How dare you threaten or talk bad about Master Saban's defenses... We didn't give up a point in any of his years here
The thing about Sabans defense is that without superior athletes, especially at corner, it is easily beat... so its all a matter of how well ASU can run their D...
I was thinking the same thing. I mean, Fisher has seen a "Saban-style" defense first-hand for years now. Also, with Pelini's experience working with various defenses at many levels, I don't think we'll see any defense that we haven't seen before, either in practice, or in game play over the course of the last 4 seasons.
