Athlon is releasing 1 team ranking every day until there football preseason magazine come out?(magaznie come out in the end of May) The barn is ranked number 19. Who do u think will be number 1; is it possible that Uga will be number one. I am think LSU will be number #4
I think they will put...... 1. USC 2. UGA 3. OU 4. UM 5. LSU 6. FSU 7. Texas 8. Mich. 9. Iowa 10. UF Just my guess after reading a lot of their reviews. I hope all of the pre-season publications and the AP put us at about 10 so we can work our way up a little. UGA will definitely be ranked ahead of us and UF may be also. no chance for Albarn though I don't think in any of the polls.
I actually hope we're somewhere in the top 5 preseason. Last year, we were extremely lucky that all of the teams in front of us lost a game or two at one point or another. Otherwise, we'd never have been able to make the long climb.
I agree that we are lucky that we actually got to play in the championship, wether we deserved to or not (of course we deserved it, we had the best team). With that being said, I would like to be ranked as low as possible with the chance to go to the championship without having to depend on other teams losing.
We will be playing UGA so I dont think that we will have to be #2 preseason... I guess I meant that I dont want to have to depend on other teams late in the season.... Because with our schedule we will be moved ahead of other teams in the beginning wether the other top 2 or 3 teams loose or not (assuming that we win our games)
