I say Utah by 7. Its in high altitude, Urban Meyer is a better coach than Fran and Utah might actually have the better players. Geaux Utes!!!

 

I predict that, win or lose, I will still think that Dennis Franchione is a big ol' jacka**. :angryfire

 

A&M by 17

I think A&M will win by 13. Hope it is a good game looking foward to watching it on HD.

 

I think Urban Meyer is a great coach. I think Alex Smith is a very good Qb but he was undersized...so urban had him on a serious weightlifting program in the offseason and he went from 185 to 210. He should be ready to go. He is one of if not the most accurate QB in the country (last year something like 15 tds to 3 picks).
Anyhow, the only thing that worries me is Meyer's running the ball and the clock and 8' points which its at now is like 3 tds for Utah. Their RB Mike Liti should run well once Smith opens it up some.

Utah will cover the 8'-9 spread due to better, more physical players.

I think it'll be rather high scoring and I always pull against Fran. I've heard the A&M offense has quite a few playmakers this year but the D will be horrible. I'll go with 41-31 Utah.

 

I personally like Utah in this one. They have the experience, home field, and altitude in thier favor. A&M is traveling with 28 freshman (out of 72) and there should be 6-8 of them that will see the field. That's just too much inexperience for an opener where teams tend to struggle anyway.

A&M on the money line would be a great bet for those who feel llike the Ags will win big even though I don't follow the logic. Reggie McNeill is a good QB but I just don't see it.

 

utes simply because Meyer is one of the top 10 coaches in football and him and tedford are the best unknown coached out their. Nebraska should have hired Meyer. I predict 35-17 Utah.

Screw the Aggies, the team I hate more than anything
