Interesting.... Big Baby is averaging 12 ppg and 9.8 rpg. Which puts him as the 5th highest rebound leader. http://www.nba.com/summerleague2007/statistics/index.jsp
What's surprising about that statistic is that the "6" is for BLOCKED SHOTS. Leading scorer on this team, 14 rebounds was the high for the game, and 6 out of 9 of the blocked shots on his team. I've been watching his statistics and there were plenty that doubted Glen's ability to d. With the weight off, I think he's able to get some lift and help out on backside d. It also helps when he doesn't have two guys on him all the time. http://www.nba.com/summerleague2007/games/boxscore.jsp?gameId=1520700043 I really am keeping my fingers crossed, but I really think that folks are going to be sorry they didn't draft him sooner...
