Best Candidates that won't go to NFL

Other than Davis, who are our best potential HC candidates that won't use the position as a launching pad to the NFL?

For AU this year, was it TUBs or the OC?

AU pretty much had the same team this year as last.
Of course CW was healthy this year, but they also had a new OC. Before that, TUBs W-L records are just not that great.
