with the loss of Clayton & Henderson, I feel pretty good about Doucet stepping right in and doing good things. Clayton looked great his freshman year.

but then again, everybody said Hollis was going to be the impact player from last year's class and he didn't get on the field often (if at all?)

it's probably a lot easier to contribute as a WR. in Hollis' defense (no pun intended) he had to pick up a pretty complicated scheme before he could contribute.

    I can't name just one

Early and XC: too much talent to hold back

Washington: it could have been him instead of Pittman filling in last year.

Dorsey, Favorite, or Wroten: I think one or two could see plenty of action

Kuale, Highsmith: I think they could push for PT. Coaches were supposedly super high on Highsmith last year.

Herm: Coaches said he'd have a shot to win RT spot

    Stevenson: Could be Nickel back

Steltz: could be this years landry

To pick one though, I gotta go with my man Early "Tiger" Doucet!

I am a bit sceptical of the JUCO's because we have never had much success with them. I sure those days are numbered but I thought Hollis would have fought far PT this year. We will see though.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see Hester in there at H Back, Coach seems to really like him and he is a great receiving threat out of the backfield.

    Take your pick

    Oliver
    Pittman
    Merrill
    Washington
    Hell one of the Frosh.

I think Oliver will get the bulk of the load, unless someone surpasses him. Merrill was VERY highly regarded last year

Actually Hollis redshirted this past year, so we will see if he really is all he is cracked up to be. I'm not high on JUCO's either cause Torran Williams was almost a non-factor and every other JUCO guy on the roster does nothing.
I think Early will play as a true frosh, and Xman may or may not redshirt. Remember we still have Bowe, Amp, and Buster, so Lavelle and X could very well redshirt.
    Steltz will starting next year...

Yeah I know Hollis Red shirted, but I thought he had a chance to play as highly regarded as he was. Hopefully he understands the Defense now
