That the bombs were delivered in such an amateurish manner and nothing exploded leads me to believe that it was deliberately done that way as a scare tactic by powerful leftists. That it happened a week before the elections: coincidence? I think not. Pretty clever of Soros to have one sent to himself to try to avoid suspicion.
