He reminds me of a kicker in a movie. This kicker was on a team and he was always in another zone like Spicoli on Fast Times. I remember one seen with him drying his socks, I believe, in some unusual fashion. Anyone remember the guy/movie? I can't for the life of me.

Spencer Ware said he is friends with Wing and when he saw Wing running down the sideline he knew it was going to be called back because he knew Wing was "going to act the fool". Ware says with a laugh that Wing is a character.
