Great pick by the Hornets, good draft top to bottom. Should put some more fans in the seats also. The hornets are making the right moves to rebuild for the future. :geauxtige

Hornets had a great draft. Im not a hornets fan, at all. But, Chris Paul will be a great PG in this league and Bass was vastly underrated and will be a great player for them as well...

It's not only great for Brandon Bass but a solid move by the Hornets. Not only is Bass a sensational athlete but an outstanding human being so it was a win-win for everyone.

I didn't think he was going to be drafted at all. I can now say that I haven't been so happy to be wrong about something in quite a while. I hope he has a
long and successful career just down the road in NO.

I was in that same boat GMAN...At first I thought he was crazy for leaving, but my good friend marcnbc pointed out some things to me that made me change my mind. Then all the naysayers had me believing he would need to go overseas or some developmental league. Then yesterday I thought to myself, we're talking about the SEC Player of the Year, how could he NOT be drafted...has that ever happened? So like you I'm glad I was wrong and I hope Brandon has a great career with the Hornets. I applaud NO for taking Bass, I think it was a great move for them.
