Well, I'm an LSU, Saints, and Hornets fan, so it's good for me at any rate. I still have some faith in the Hornets...
bass goes to new orleans second pick in the second round... jay bilas is big on this guy and says that he shoulda got taken ahead of david lee at the last pick of the first round for the knicks... good for him, he'll make the team.
Good pick, he has a good chance of getting alot of PT. Only has to out play Lee Nailon (no D at all) and George Lynch (too old). I think he can be really effective especially with his rebounding at the 3. The Hornets also have some really good young players on the wing (Smith and Paul) which should help Bass.
what i was thinking as well and with chris paul this is good stuff where even i may wanna watch their games.
I kept saying Brandon Bass when the Hornets were selecting and when they said his name I jumped through the roof. I'm glad he got picked by the Hornest b/c he can deffiently make the team and if he plays all the games are on cox sports. With the addition of Paul to go with smith the Hornets backcourt should be set for years.
