Who do yall think will have a breakout season in '06? I know we have talked about it before, but it was a while ago (It is the offseason. Getting bored). Every year someone does way better than expected: Bennie and Zenon were a couple that came to my head first from last year.

    Mine are...

    Chevis Jackson

Has all the tools to be a great corner. One of Saban's favorite recruits. Played as a true freshman in Sabans defense.

    Glen Dorsey

As a backup he ate people. Was in on almost every play. Like Chevis, Saban spoke really high of Glen. Physically, he is as gifted as a DT as we have had in a while.

    What do yall think?

I think Early Doucet will have a breakout year on offense.
On defense, I expect Chase Pittman to have a really big year.

I agree that Chase will have a good year, I also think that Early Doucet, Dewayne Bowe and Buster Davis have breakout seasons. On the O-line I think that it is time for Big Herm to break out as well. LaRon Landry I think will have a great season also.

Anyone of our highly rated receivers are always a popular choice. I don't even care which WR it is, as long as it's someone. I'm interested to see how much playing time LaFell gets.

I think one of our (redshirted or not) freshmen RBs will have a breakout year. RJ Jackson or Keiland Williams.

By the way, it seems like we're never right about these things.

I'll go with Trindon Holliday as our PR. He will take at least 2 punts the distance and will be vieing(sp?) for all-SEC honors as a return specialist. Could see him used in the slot and on reverse plays(he's faster than Carter and has some wiggle). JMO.
