i dunno how it is cheating the system to go to work somewhere else. even if was, i dunno how he failed, because he still gets paid. this is probably a positive for him anyways, because it means more time his legs cant get hurt, so he has a btter chance to return to the nfl.
cool. i dont like when people are negative on my boy ricky. he is a just a different sort of guy. he has different goals. he seems like he would be happy to smoke weed for the rest of his life in thailand and never be interviewed again. i think his attitude is refreshing. everyone else is a phony or a blowhard, trying as hard as they can to get one more second in front of the camera or one more dollar. ricky seems to care about different things. i feel bad for him that the league keeps punishing him for drugs, why cant the guy just do drugs if he wants?
Because it is illegal. For them to change the policy now would be an admission that they don't care that their players do drugs...Can you imagine a bigger PR or legal nightmare?
but they are going beyond the law. they arent punishing people for getting arrested for drugs, they are going out of their way to test players for drugs like marijauana, which are not performance enhancing. they could just ignore that completely and it never would be an issue. obviously it is too late now though. i figure if a player hasnt been arrested and isnt using steroids or growth hormones or whatever, leave him alone.
