Notre Dame is on a downward spiral. I heard that many ND alums or creating an uproar to kick Ty Willingham out.

#41 - 11 rushing yards against BYU. Enough said.

#40 - After the loss to BYU to start the 2004 season, the Irish have now lost 10 of their last 15 games. The last time this happened was 1960.

#39 - Notre Dame's #38 preseason ranking for 2004 marks just the fourth time since 1965 the Irish weren't in the top 25 to start a season.

#38 - 2004 Recruiting marks "the first time in 25 years the Irish won't finish in the top 20 classes," says Tom Lemming of the Prep Football Report and ESPN.com, who ranks the Irish 24th. Rivals.com has the Irish ranked #32.

Notre Damn thru 2010

The extension provides NBC rights to Notre Dame home games from 2006 through 2010. Notre Dame will provide a minimum of six home games per season to NBC as part of the agreement.
