apparently these 2 were arrested for possession of weed and an illegal firearm. Now they won't be prosecuted and will likely face no punishment from Nick Saban either. http://www.al.com/alabamafootball/index.ssf/2016/06/attorney_reveals_new_details_i.html
Kind of, it's 2 black guys in a Southern State with an illegal gun and weed. If they weren't Alabama football players they would have gotten the death penalty.
I thought possession ment that if it was in your car, you possessed it? Being an illegal gun makes the weed possession a federal pinch, right? LaSalle can't argue because this goes against your views on marijuana laws as well as overcrowding private prison systems resulting from over regulated marijuana laws. You should be praising the decision. Regardless, there are laws and 2 gumps from Monroe got over like 2 gumps would.
Reading. Being amused. For instance ... Yet, two other guys were in the car and they were let go at the scene. @shane0911 See what I mean?
Why do you continually do shit like this? Seriously. It's a miss, then a miss, then a miss, then a miss Submitted to the courts: http://media.graytvinc.com/documents/NorthPoint+Police+Report+-+20+June+2016.pdf
I'm not arguing the weed I'm arguing the illegal firearm. I don't think anyone should get in trouble for simple possession. Terry will say something stupid like the other guys got off too, but how would that look if they took the hit and the Bama boys didn't. He will defend 2 thugs will an illegal weapon. It's all good though they could have killed someone and his stupid ass would say the same thing.
The marijuana charge should have been dropped. Usually they are in a first arrest. But dropping the charge about possession of a stolen weapon? I don't get that at all. Nick will drop their suspension before week one, of course. Robinson will play this year come hell or high water, but he cost himself about $12 million in NFL salary by acting out like a thug in the off season.
