    Tentative CBS football schedule...

Looks like we will get both UT & Auburn under the lights on ESPN. If this holds up, having only 1 day game(besides the Arkie game) on CBS is great for the fans. By not even having the UT-LSU listed as possible on the 24th tells me that the AD has gotten their point across to the SEC commissioner that we don't won't day games in TS during the month of September. Kudos to the AD.

The last two years CBS released their schedule and then cleared it as the season got close. Not one game changed, but they can pick a different game if they want to.

Hard to believe the LSU/UT game isn't a probable CBS game, it may be the biggest game in the country that day.

Why would any game involving Kentucky or Vandy be shown on national television?

Haven't you heard? Bob Stoops went to Kentucky and Pete Carroll went to Vandy.

Marc and I think the LSU athletic officials may have asked the SEC not to slate the Tennessee game as a day game in Tiger Stadium in September because of the heat. I don't think it's because of the construction because ESPN will be at Tiger Stadium the week prior for the Arizona State game.

    Tennessee at Alabama.

IMO, the most over-rated rivalry as of late

I'm fine with this schedule.. actually, I would rather none of the games were on CBS.. I hate day games... being there its hot as sh*t and watching it on tv, the crowd is tame and the colors are drowned out...
