Sorry this column sucked, but it wasn’t my fault … I’m still waiting for an apology from LSU fans after they rocked my bus on my way to write this column. I realize it was bad, but there's no need to throw a bottle. Didn't the pink mellow you out?

As much as I hate what happened, it DID happen. When a few obnoxious "fans" do something like that, it gives all of the fans (not to mention the team and the school) and black eye in the media. Such is life.

I'm not happy to see that in his column, but his whole column pokes fun at people, and I see it as him poking fun at us for what happened. I'm sure he knows that all fans are not like that.

The only way to avoid stuff like this is to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Until a handle can be put on these jackasses that call themselves fans, we're going to have to live with shots like that.

As stated, it happened. I hope you aren't that sensitive to where this really bothers you.

They should not have stopped the bus. :hihi: Every since I can remember, fans have gone up to the busses and shook them and banged on the sides. There are a bunch of old men that moon the busses every game. It's a tradition over there. I've always thought it was funny. I've never seen anyone throw a beer bottle before. The cops even come down and give everyone a heads up before they escort the busses down the strip.

He's not completely slow either. He reminds me of Rohan; To hell with running, just try to tackle him. :yelwink2:
