    I don't know all the details but heard that the judge said Chad Johnson should thank his lawyer for a job well done. Therefore, Chad slapped him on the butt like he would have done to a teammate.

    If the above is true, I think there is both an abuse of power by the judge and also a temporary lapse in judgement by Chad Johnson (which seems to happen often with him).
