March is drawing to a close, and what was once madness now feels like a mild case of personality disorder. I'm no medical doctor, but you don't need to be one to diagnose this year's tournament as subpar. There were some decent games in the second round, a few teams played well, but a lot of good teams lost in pretty frustrating ways -- Maryland on a garbage charging foul, A&M on a bizarre missed ...
