Any updates on the following coaching rumors:
    • LSU’s Tommy Moffitt to North Carolina with Butch Davis? :nope:
    • Auburn’s Tuberville to Maimi?
    • Ole Miss’ Art Keho and Dan Werner to North Carolina with Butch Davis?

Why would tubberville go from one of the best schools in the best conference in america with a team with the talent capable of winning the SEC and the national title and go to a miami team that isn't up to the talent level to even win their conference and has so many problems it isn't even funny, and he's making over 2million a year now as it is.

    My guess:

    Norm Chow to Arizona State
    Greg Schiano to Miami

Archie Manning mentioned Tuberville in the Miami mix last week on TV - Tuberville was an assistant there for several years.

I saw a note about Moffit going to North Carolina on a Tennessee board - Moffit used to be at Tennessee.

The two Ole Miss Assistants both mentioned Davis in recent TV interviews here in Memphis. I just thought it was odd that they mention him when they were not asked.

Anyone hear anything about Schula at Alabama?
Are they going to give him another year or two?

he used to be an asst there. plus with all the AU booster bs that he has to deal with, them courting petrino behind his back, getting left out of bcs, etc. i wouldn't be surprised but schiano (sp?) is the safer pick at miami.

if the money's right, i would think the miami job would be attractive once there was a plan in place to improve facilities.

it's harder to win consistently in the competetive SEC if you're at AU than it is to turn miami into a winner in a sub par ACC conference, esp with fla st being down.
