COLTS WIN SPLIT OF THE NFL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!

Surely the colts were the AP's most popular team. Lets give them a share of the Title! Nevermind that the rules were set up stipulating that the WINNER OF THE TITLE GAME (in this case The Superbowl) will be the World Champs. Forget the rules, lets let the Colts have a share! Besides, they had a high scoring offense and an average defense (kinda like some college team I read about.)

We really do need a playoff system , but there is ONE MAJOR SNAG.

Currently the universities/conferences (unless you're ND) collect all of the jing from the bowl games.

If the NCAA institutes a playoff, THEY will control the jing.

I don't think that the I-A presidents are gonna vote for giving the jing to the NCAA, unless you're Toolame and go to a bowl every 10 years...

And unless there is a good way to resolve the money stream, errr deluge issue, then it ain't gonna happen any time soon.

And that's a damn shame.
