I got an e-mail response back from LSU today that said a decision has been made to NOT show the North Texas game on TigerVision.

Looks like we out-of-state fans who can't make the game will have to pay up just so we can LISTEN to it.

Man, I hear ya. Covering your team from out of state (Especially out of region) sucks.

As i have said before, I dont understand why a game against a team who is in a bowl game every year (granted, its the lowest bowl, but a bowl none-the-less) isnt on at least espn plus...

that they don't want that shown on a national broadcast?

I would think thats the reason.

I don't know. Does Gameplan ever film on their own? I thought they only picked up LSU games that were on Tigervision. A bummer.

Unfortunetly no. ESPN gameplan needs either LSU or North Texas to produce a telecast of the game and they will pick that up. By not allowing the game to be on Tigervision it effectively keeps the game off of gameplan too.

Its frustrating. I hate to miss the opener but I am going to this year. Its just tough to travel from Orlando for every game. Now for some reason they do not want the video of the game to be out there. Does anyone know why LSU decides to not let their game be braodcast across the country? Seems like that would be exactly what you would want - everyone to see LSU play.

Tennessee, Florida and several other schools that play smaller opponents will be on gameplan.

This suck major ass, why in hell would they not want to put this on pay-per-view? I understand they want to fill the stands ( the ones in place  )
but alot of people can't make the game and would die to see it.
