Man am I glad to hear that. I was afraid they would waste their time with less important matters like the unemployment rate, immigration, and the economy. I'm glad to see they have their priorities straight.

That's silly...I can't even imagine why they would even worry about it.

Congress shouldn't be involved in policing sports. And people wonder why Congress never gets anything done.

If this somehow leads to some form of a playoff, Joe Barton will be one of the most well liked politicians in the country among many college football fans.

An interesting note about this: The Hearing is AFTER the selection but BEFORE the games. And the congressman is from Texas. I'm not saying anything will happen but congress does have the power.....

While they're at it, hopefully they can look into making some reparation for my Dolphins since Spielman was such a personnel fraud. How about some compensation picks, Senator!?

Also, I'd like a hearing on why boxing sucks so much now, since it really shouldn't.

They should also investigate whether Jordan pushed off of Byron Russell to hit the game winning shot against Utah.

Lastly, I've gotta think they'll look into the Tuck Rule in the NFL and award the Raiders a retroactive win against the Pats.

And when they're done with all of that, how about sending a refund check for the salaries in Congress that they're wasting on this junk.
