First off...I'm sure he's gone but what the hell...

Sorry guys had to get that out of the way...:hihi:

WOW what a game! On the way out to Dallas, I saw SEVERAL Tiger fans on their way back. They were awesome! I would yell out :geauxtige and they would even throw out a big ROLL TIDE for me and my girl! I had a great drive their and CRAWFISH, I hate to let you down, but we didn't hit a tree. The city of Dallas is pretty damn big and we got lost a few times but soon found our hotel.

Upon arriving at the Adams Mark Hotel, I saw an older group (55-65) of TT fans and gave them a friendly "Roll Tide" with a smile. A man's response: "Go to hell and break your neck on the way down". Alright, this should be fun. They were rude, obnoxious and that "Gun's up" thing...Isn't that the same sign language for LOSER? After the game we got the usual "our offense wasn't clicking" and all the "if's" were ringing out.

Our D came to play! I'm proud of the way Dukes stood in for S. Castille and Keith Brown stepped up. Zeke Knight had a few big catches but the catch of the day was Matt Miller on 3rd down. Jumped into the air, caught the pass, and hauled it in dispite the lick he took!

This was AWESOME...Just crazy. I can't wait till next year.

    Roll Tide...:geauxtige ...Go SEC!

Congrats on having the only other SEC defense to show up in Bowl play aside from LSU's. We were listening to that game on the way back from Atlanta. Bama's radio guy's call of the winning kick was amazing. Something like the kick looks terrible... no it's beautiful, it's good!!

Most of us in the car were pretty excited about the outcome. Then we switched over to listen to the rest of the Auburn loss.

Yeah I do believe that was the ugliest FG I have ever seen in my life! It knuckled into the lower left corner. I had my hands on my head soon as it left his foot--then jumped about a 50'' vertical in celebration! LOL

This was my first bowl game so Bama's 1-0 with me in the stands in bowl games!

Oh and carsonin98 owes me some damn money! LOL I dont even expect him to say another word on this board but if he does in fact pay up--would be a classy move!

LSU is 2-0 in bowl games with me in the stands... with victories over Notre Dame and Miami.

Mind you those two schools are no Texas Tech..........

We had a long walk back to the car after the Iowa game last year.....

I had the Les Miles "deer in headlights look" after that last play.

Congrats! You guys did exactly what I thought you would do--control the ball and the clock and your defense is too good for TT's "gimmickie" offense to work against anyone that good.

The sand aggys aren't used to prime time. BTW, I couldn't see any on TV but was wondering, were they throwing those damned tortillas ?
