There is a rumor that he has decided against the Dolphins job when Saban actually spelled out the job he would have.

Maybe, he is going to reunite with Jimbo. Maybe, this is why Snyder pulled out.

Has anyone else heard any substantiation to this unconfirmed rumor?

At this point I think that would be great. I just hope he names the staff by signing day. I am starting to get unsettled that the entire staff has not be named as of yet.

Wasn't Muschamp announced as the DC for Miami already?

The Edwards hire was just made. Maybe this could have something to do with the possible Muschamp decision. I'm not getting my hopes up yet.

Does anyone know how a LB coach's pay in the pros compares to a DC in a top level college program?

I think it's in the 150K- 300K range, depending on the organization and their results/tenure.

Is that the LB pay or DC, or both. I may be alittle bias, but I would pick LSU over the pros if it meant the same pay structure.
