This kid is 6'4 220lbs Defensive END, runs a 4.4 in the forty and has a 3.0GPA from Greenwood, SC, apparrently he liked what he say at LSU. Re: Sam Montgomery-DE? Montgomery looks like a hell of an edge rushing DE to me. With his size I don't see why you'd want to move him. It's easy to find 190lb guys you can bulk up to be great LBs & Safeties. It's rare to have this kind of quickness at DE.
Re: Sam Montgomery-DE? To me it seems like he needs to gain 20-40 pounds to really be effective. Target weight should be around 250-260 correct?
Re: Sam Montgomery-DE? He has narrowed his choices down to LSU, USC, Miami and Michigan. I think he is Miami bound, possibly with the entire Seminole trio. Although Dubose is definitely in LSU's sights.
