Muslim countries have it right for punishing these types. Stone them to death by the family of the victim
I never support the death penalty in America for three reasons. Two or moral one is practical. The first is that we have adequate means to punish criminals and protect society from them. The second is that our justice system is pretty awful, and the likelihood is pretty high that we have innocent men on death row. Third the death penalty has completely failed as a deterrent. Why continue something that is so ineffective and costly when suitable alternative means for punishment are available.
I think the only suitable alternative to death for someone who could commit such a crime would be to cut off (with a dull blade) every part that made him male.
i would add to that, throw him in the general population that way so he can be someone's bitch every night without being able to make someone his. he would wish he were dead.
this is true. but talk off the parts he used, then throw him in to where others can do the same to him on a daily basis, and he will off himself within a year, thus saving tax $$.
