I love how LSU this year never deserves to win.... We didn't deserve to beat ASU. We didn't deserve to beat Tennessee. (And we didn't) We didn't deserve to beat Florida We didn't deserve to beat Auburn We didn't deserve to beat Bama. We didn't deserve to beat Arkansas. It's a damn good thing games are played on the field and determined by the scoreboard arn't they, because if they we're not even bowl bound at 5-6. Missed field goals are part of the game, as are missed passes, and interceptions, and fumbles.... Anyone can say whatever they want, but 10-1 and SECCG bound....
Kinda makes you want us to beat UGA by 2 or 3, after they miss a short field goal with no time left on the clock and then another undeserved win against WVU in the Sugar Bowl when they fumble the ball at the goal line to kill a game winning drive. We will then be proud possessors of the most undeserved 12-1 record in football history.:hihi:
Hey... None of it matters in the long run. In five years no one will remember the Florida 4-point win, or this win, or the ASU win, or the Bama win, or the UT loss.... (I think the Auburn game will be remembered, though only by us and Auburn) What will be remembered is that this was at LEAST a 10-win team, SEC West Champs, and faced Georgia in the SECCG (If we win that, then we will be remembered for that too).... Win by 1 or 100, the only thing that will be remembered from this season up to this point will be because of that 2005 SEC West Champs banner....
