Do others here belong to the paying LSU sites?

I am really interested in hearing if any of you all pay for other sites.

I have a friend who pays for TigerRag.com, TigerBaig.com, and even has an account for a site on the Scout.com service that isn't LSU because he wants to hear what the people are saying for that other team.

Does anyone do that type of thing? Know of people that do that?

That is insane to me. I gave a lot of money to this site because I use it daily and get my juice here whenever I need it. I couldnt imagine paying monthly for a site and such....even multiple ones.

    Just curious.

This is the only site that i subscribe to. I couldn't even imagine having to keep up with 3 or 4 different sites. Sounds like your friend might be a forum junkie........... :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :thumb:

I have a couple friends who are members of a particular pay LSU site/forum. They used to have fun giving me "Inside info" and well, I guess they still do. I never tell them anything but I laugh to myself because nNow when they call me I often have already been aware of this inside info for quite some time and sometimes know a lot more than they do. All thanks to this forum.

I have found that forums are the best way to keep up with your favorite sports teams. Pay-for sites quite often manufacture and speculate as they are forced to publish articles when there is often nothing new to talk about. I'm not saying that they just make stuff up, but a lot of it is simply an educated guess and my suspicions in the past have been that many of the authors visit message boards for ideas and material anyway.

Even when they do produce something worthwhile of having to pay for it, chances are that I'll find out the next day or a few hours later anyway. To me that's not worth the money. Rivals.com is prolly the only site I'd bother to give any money to and that would just be when recruiting season heats up. Any other questions of thirsts for news can usually be quenched with a google news search.

No, don't. I figure I can come here and see what is going on. Besides, TigerForums is the best there is (to me). All I need to know i can find here. I do go and look at other forums from time to time. But, I do not pay for them.

I've had a subcription to Tiger Rag for a very long time. It was my lifeline to LSU for years here in Georgia. I have enjoyed the articles over the years and still do. I use the website now as well and also enjoy what it has to offer. I don't really get it for the news, but for the articles on programs & players from around the country. I enjoy reading about the exploits of some of these kids. I also enjoy watching the video's and Scout has upgraded the quality and amount of video's a lot.
