Rumours are that the Raiders are making a move for Garcia in free Agency. And that Moss may be traded to the Packers to free up cap space. Not to mention they may be selecting Calvin Johnson overall, or make a trading with the Browns, whose GM is very familiar with JR, infact even knows him personally since 9th grade, he is also one of the reasons Russell went for the draft based on his advice. If the raiders trade the first for the third, they will still be able to land Johnson as Johnson is not going to be picked before the forth by Tampa. Lets wait and see.

If Moss gets traded, then I think it signals that the Raiders will pass on JR. Moss would be the best compliment to JR's skills because JR doesn't have to even think and just throw the ball as far as he can and let Moss run it down.
