Driver said hell to the naw and sped off and the kid jumped out at some point, then the driver turned the vehicle back around and drove the kid down, severing his arm. The teen was white and the driver was black. What do you think should happen to the driver?
I think at the point when the driver turned around AFTER the kid jumped out, he has a problem. At that point he was no longer "trying to rob" him.
Actually I agree with Bengal, but, legally speaking, there's going to be a price to pay what what the driver did.
obviously hes going to get charged for going back but clearly the thug got what he deserved. the driver wont feel the long arm of the law on this one, however, as the judge will secretly laugh at the outcome as she renders her verdict. Probably probation.
Both are shit heels....does their race matter? Anyway, the driver should get attempted vehicular homicide.
