I attended the Nicholls State game last weekend and upon entering the gate I say Early Doucet standing near the entrance way. He was by himself at the time and appeared to be there for the game but wasn't really watching it but rather conversing with others there. I kinda gave him a stare down as to make sure it was him and then yelled out his name. He turned to look at me and then we kinda both gave an awkward wave at eachother. I was wearing my LSU hat at the time so I'm sure he figured me to be just a fan. I must say he is taller and thicker in person than I had imagined him to be. I am 6'1" and he appeared to be at eye level with me. He is quite developed muscularly and appears to be very solid. Anyways, the purpose of this post is to ask anyone, that may know him or know a little about him, why he would be at a Nicholls game. He may simply have been attending it to watch a game or he may have had a friend or relative playing, but I was just a little curious. Regardless of the reason, it was kinda cool to see him in person. :geaux:
