Does anyone know what the yellow bars underneath the team names means on the scoreboard at the top of the screen? There are three bars underneath each of the team names and sometimes they are colored and sometimes they are grey.

If they are colored they are the number of time outs remaining.

Ok that makes a lot of sense.
