In recent memory, it seems that all of the great players from Evangel never end up at LSU. Is there some kind of bad blood or history between the 2? For example this year, bama got zack schreibner last year (who i think will be a stud for bama) and he either wasn't looked at by lsu or didn't look at them. this year, they have doug stroud who is 6'8" 350 or so...monster tackle and oklahoma, fsu, all the big boys are looking at him. Most evangel players are a product of their system. when they make it to a major D1 school, they usually don't make much noise. there are more stories of evangel busts than success stories.

J.D. Booty will be lucky to play any more downs at USC with the QBs they have on the roster. (He saw action in 5 games during 2003).
Some make noise. Josh Booty gave back a million dollars to pro baseball to play for LSU and became an all-SEC quarterback before leaving early for the NFL. The guy could play. Miles will recruit Evangel just like Nick did.
