Read it last night (the LSU parts anyway). Some really good insight on the team preparation during game week. The author basically hangs out with Nick Saban and the coaching staff during preparation for the auburn game and the sugar bowl. He also does this with about 8 other coaches (including Mark Richt preparing for us in the SEC championship game. I don't know if it's worth $25, but definately worth taking an hour to read the LSU section while in the bookstore.
