  2. Good riddance, but that's infuriating that he broke another of our players' jaw.
  3. He needs to be expelled from LSU.
  4. :dis:
Boy! Has his life turned around in the last couple of months or what!
  5. Good thing he was kicked off the team.
  6. Miles was right.
  7. What exactly does someone have to do to get kicked out of LSU? I'm very surprised to see that this waste of flesh is still on campus. Let's see, he broke into someones room, stole their credit cards, used them to make purchases, admitted doing it, and that wasn't enough to expel him over? Surely, now that he's done this they'll dismiss him.....right?

This never should have happened. Mr. Scumbag should have been booted off campus right after the last incident.
  8. What's even worse is that we have to waste scholarship money because he is still a student. Kick him out because he isn't worth the tuition.

I feel bad for Barksdale and his family. Imagine sending your child here from Michigan and having this happen. I'm pretty sure he was one of the top recruits from that state.
  9. It's the lawyers, Salty. LSU is trying to protect itself from students hiring lawyers to sue the school for breach of privacy, improper due process, etc. Mary Olive Pierson is out there.

Scholarships are offered year by year, so he gets to keep his scholarship until the end of the semester. He must finish the semester to be able to transfer and play football. So LSU must avoid appearing to inhibit him from finishing his classwork, the lawyers say. He is innocent until proven guilty in court.

But damned if I understand why the LSU Residential Life department allows him to remain in campus housing after breaking several housing rules. That has nothing to do with his criminal case.
  10. This Giddens guy is a bonafide psycho. I hope they run his azz out of Baton Rouge.:po:
