That guy is an idiot. I remember corresponding with him towards the end of the 2002 season. I said that I was excited about the next season because we would get Mauck back from injury. Glen replied that he thought that Mauck would not get his job back from Randall. I thought, "Boy, what an idiot." A year later, he looked like an even bigger idiot. Now it is confirmed that he is the biggest idiot in the state. How does this fool still have a job writing about football? Shouldn't you at least know as much as the average fan before you get a job writing about football?

 

just because he often picks lsu apart, that doesnt mean he'll be an unfair voter. i think living in La he has an obligation to point out the negatives of the lsu teams---easy to get sick of all the "rah rah lsu no. 1" stuff. maybe it's a little like a father that fills in for the ump in his son's baseball game--he's tougher on him to make sure he doesnt play favorites.

 

I have never been a fan of Guilbeau. In fact I am a big critic, but recently I saw him on "Sports Monday" (cox channel 4)... He was pretty fair in his statements.

I just wish, for once, LSU had a few Pro-LSU reporters helping them like big media market teams have.

If we had playoffs, I could care less how these jokers would vote.
