Im sure this has been a thread before, but Im new and i just wanted to get everyones opinion. It can be from any sport.

My favorite is Eric Martin. He had the best hands of any WR I've ever seen. Anything thrown in his direction was a grab. Plus you never heard him complain or wine about anything, even once he made it to the NFL. I just wish he could have won a NC and a SB with the Aints.

The Pistol! No single player ever brought out the fans to see a game like Maravich. Pete had skills that nobody else has had, before or since. He could dribble better than anyone I ever saw, pass better, and shoot better. I went to many N.O. Jazz games, and it was just to see Pete play. He had some good duels with Walt Frazier.

In football, I've liked many Tigers, but a personal favorite was our All American linebacker, Michael Brooks. He was a playmaker on defense, that you always thought gave you a chance to win a game. I liked his speed and intensity. He had a good career with the Bronco's.
