    Psyched that VCU is there (I went to VCU undergrad; LSU for grad school). VCU has never made it this far in the tourney.

    Of course I know this is an LSU board, just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone wants to discuss the Final Four this year...

    I'm pulling for VCU, I really like Shaka Smart. I hope it's VCU and Kentucky, with VCU winning it all.

    It's probably going to be UCONN winning the whole shabang though.

    In that order I want them to win. UK/UConn is one of them meteor games.

    Tough loss for VCU. Shaka Smart is probably the coolest coach I've seen in college basketball...I would def want to play for him if I could

    Ended up being a great run for VCU, and Shaka signs a contract extension to stay.

    VCU could end up playing LSU next season; both teams will play in the Charleston Classic.
