Who would want to watch our only loss of that season, and probably our worst game of the year? I think our only TD was a Skyler Green punt return. It was rainy, and I can remember the Gators dancing in front of the student section, I believe... that ticked me off...

    MikeDTiger Geaux Tigers!!!

That would be 2004 at Florida, not 2003’s loss. Russell threw two early interceptions deep in our territory before getting hurt. Randall came in and did a great job, and that game alone was enough to make the Colts want to draft Addai. I don’t think Cox even shows LSU losses during their summer replays…

I don't think the ratings would be very good.

Did you read that somewhere or is it an assumption? Cause I seriously doubt an NFL team would draft a player based on one game alone.

Exactly what MikeDtiger said, we won in 2004, it's 2003 you're thinking of.

Except for one of the old Saints braintrusts, they pretty much drafted Lindsay Scoot number one because of one damn play.

No doubt, just like the Saints did with Les Kelly out of 'Bama in their first draft in '67.

He was a running back at Tuscaloosa, and the Saints in their infernal wisdom made him a LB.

Dude had one great college game, and then was the Saints first draft pick ever in August of '67..

Kelly never did JACK in the NFL.

I take that back, he scored the first touchdown ever (his ONLY NFL score ever)for the Saints in the first preseason game against the LA Rams in Anaheim.

Setting the standard high from the start for the Saints. :dis:
