adding to red's comments: LSU is a "must-win" on everyone's schedule. teams will rise above their ability to go toe to toe with the Tigers. make no mistake, fla will be ready for the Tigers, esp. at their house.
LSU is no more of a must win than any other SEC team. It may be a bigger game than some but not any bigger than Florida, Auburn or Georgia and probably even Tennessee.
i see it like this: it's special when the yankees come to town for a 3 game series, when the cowboys line up on monday night, when the heat are in town over the weekend. teams measure themselves against the best. most would consider LSU one of the top 3 teams in the conference, if not the nation.
That sounds much more reasonable... who pays these guys? That said, I expect Florida to only get better and better. Defending a running qb can suck. Defending only against Leak would be much easier. If we have a solid running game against Florida I really like our chances.
