Tennesee is the EXACT reason why they set up a conference reporting committee...They got tired of Phil Fulmer tattle taling on every little thing he heard about...Then they realized he had as much blood on his hands as anyone else... LSU isn't the only school in the conference that swore off of recruiting Memphis...There is a reason that Memphis has gotten better and better as a program...
Fullmer reported to the NCAA that ex Bama coach Danny Pearman who is now coaching TE & OT at Va. Tech. was having an affair with Kenny Smith's mother. Fullmer recently apologized to Danny stating he knew it wasn't true when he told the NCAA. Makes you wonder how many other lies he told the NCAA. The Smith's have filed a defamation suit against Fullmer last week. He has also to appear to give a deposition to Tommy Gallion this month.
Maybe the NCAA will take a page from Coach Miles, and just issue a press release saying: "We've learned stuff today. We expect the future at Tennessee to not be very bright."
